Volunteering Opportunities.
The Steveston Salmon Festival relies on the dedicated efforts of hundreds of volunteers. From the core planning committee which starts work on the next year Festival in September, to the days leading up to and on Festival day and the myriad of work to be done to keep the Festival going, there are lots of jobs for everyone! We have positions in administration, bike parade, concession, entertainment, grounds, parking, craft fair, trade show, youth rockfest, pre and post Festival set-up and take-down and more!

Do you have any special skills you would like to share, or are you looking to gain valuable experience? If you are interested in joining our volunteer team, please register on-line today! Some jobs require they be done by adults, others are suitable for all ages. Training and orientation sessions will be offered prior to the Festival.

Environment Committee.
The Steveston Community Society Environment Committee is committed to protecting the environment around the community centre. If you are interested in joining the Environment Committee, please submit a Volunteer Application and indicate your interest.
