Sponsorship Opportunities.
The philosophy of the Steveston Community Society has always been that the Salmon Festival is a way to give back to the community. There are numerous non-profit organizations who benefit from participating in the Festival, and merchants, artists and crafters who participate in a forum for products and services with little or no fees attached. Each year, the Society selects a special project to support with any surplus funds raised by the festival. Previous projects have included the Steveston Water Park, an accessibility upgrade to the children's playground, the Steveston Legacy Statue, and Steveston Community Garden.
Combined with a Festival attendance averaging over 70,000 people in recent years, our event offers excellent exposure for our sponsors. We recognize our corporate sponsors as an integral part of our success and feature them in on our website and on our Festival program distributed along the parade route and through out the grounds. Depending on the value of your contribution there are many other ways that your company name can be profiled. Ask about the other ways that you can be featured with your level of sponsorship!!
